Our Focus is Food Service

Established in 2008, Paradigm POS was founded by food service professionals to provide technology solutions to the food service industry. Our executive team has a combined 31 years of experience in single- and multi-unit food service operations, and all of our employees currently work in restaurants or have at least two years of experience in front-of-house restaurant operations. We are keenly suited to understand the needs of our clients, and have the technology know-how to provide reliable solutions to today’s food service professionals.

With two locations in Connecticut, Paradigm provides premium food service technology products and support to Connecticut, Westchester County, Manhattan, and Western Massachusetts. Our clients represent all facets of the food service industry, including Counter Service, Fast Casual Dining, Multi-Unit locations, and Full Service Restaurant concepts.
